"Some days it’s a bit daunting to be a newer widow. You just don’t realize how much you don’t fully understand until you’re in that position. Sometimes multiple issues sneak up on you; today my insecurities and hopelessness hit max overload.

I decided to take a chance and drive down to Mike Yates State Farm Insurance office in King of Prussia to see if someone would help me understand things. Before now, I had little experience dealing with insurance matters.

As I hesitantly entered the office, a young man looked up, smiled warmly and welcomed me over to his desk. In a flustered manner I tried to relate my lack of insurance understanding to Gregory. Fortunately, he very quickly understood my uncertainties and calmly, logically walked me through each aspect. Gregory didn’t just hit the high points so I would have a vague idea, but he asked me my goals and made sure I knew enough to achieve them.

Besides being very knowledgeable, Gregory had excellent people skills. To have an older woman who is exasperated at no one in particular drop into the office and ask if he would help me.

Now I have a fairly good grasp on my insurance policy, how different types of claims work, car rental policies, and who to reach out to for help. Gregory worked through all aspects with me in a clear manner and was not demeaning. I left Mike Yates State Farm Office with renewed confidence that I was now equipped to tackle my insurance needs knowing Gregory and other team members were nearby.
