"Some days it’s a bit daunting to be a newer widow. You just don’t realize how much you don’t fully understand until you’re in that position. Sometimes multiple issues sneak up on you; today my insecurities and hopelessness hit max overload. Besides being very knowledgeable, Gregory had excellent people skills. To have an older woman who is exasperated at no one in particular drop into the office and ask if he would help me. Now I have a fairly good grasp on my insurance policy, how different types of claims work, car rental policies, and who to reach out to for help. Gregory worked through all aspects with me in a clear manner and was not demeaning.
